About

I was born in 1973 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, graduated the English Language School there and the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. I am engaged in mass communications, social and charitable activity, co-founder of “The Smarts” – award winning advertising agency. For many years I am also a writer for periodicals, published in print and online.

 

My work with short literary formats led to an aphoristic blog, which gained serious online popularity. My short stories appeared in many anthologies throughout the years.

 

My debut novel “Me, the Maniac” (Hermes 1999) was ranked among the best sellers but it took me 23 years to feel ready to publish a collection of my short stories “Shut up” (Ciela 2022) – it became a bestseller for Ciela and was in the shortlist of the main literary awards in Bulgaria, received 3rd prize of the “Radichkov” National Short Story Awards.

My second novel “Ecstasis”appeared in 2023 (by Ciela).
